Primary Responsibilities: Policy Adherence and Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations to ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of aircraft parts, including inventory management. Assist in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures related to aircraft and aircraft parts management, including those specific to warehouse operations. Ensure maintenance of accurate records of warehouse activities and compliance with relevant procedures. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry into tracking systems. Ensure that AMOS processes and procedures, especially those related to warehouse management, are followed consistently and accurately. Collaborate with the ARA Management Compliance Manager to identify areas for AMOS-related compliance improvements in the warehouse. Compliance Reporting and Risk Mitigation: Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, including data collection and analysis, with a specific focus on warehouse management compliance. Help identify potential compliance risks in warehouse management and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
