As a Marketing coordinator at vidaXL , you will be integral to the management and optimization of our web shops. Your primary responsibility will be to select auction products and oversee their presence on our platforms, ensuring a seamless and effective e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and propose improvements for web shop functionality and user experience.
  • Assist the Manager with various tasks to streamline and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Identify and upload top-selling auction products to our web shops on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Download, review, and approve orders from the affiliate network to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and approve published images using our dedicated tool, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Track customers' redeemed loyalty points and CS vouchers/coupons, generating comprehensive export reports for redemptions.
  • Identify and block fraudulent customers to protect the integrity of auctions and order placements.
  • Create and publish engaging web shop stories in multiple languages that align with brand requirements.
  • Generate Jira tickets for required translations to support web shop content in various languages.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; proficient in MS Office and fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and marketing concepts.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and detail-oriented efficiency.
  • Proactive, independent worker with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
  • Creative thinker capable of quick learning and adaptability.
  • Committed to excellent customer service; flexible and responsive to changing demands.
