The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You'll support marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, social media, recruitment marketing, content creation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital, social, and print campaigns (asset collection, formatting, coordination)
  • Prepare and publish content using tools like Canva, , Google Drive, and WordPress
  • Assist with social media scheduling and monitoring
  • Help organize internal communications and event content
  • Track project timelines and coordinate feedback
  • Maintain content libraries (photos, videos, etc.)
  • Support vendor coordination and proofing tasks
  • Help with reporting prep and marketing performance data

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, , or WordPress
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • A team player who's curious, reliable, and ready to grow

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with mission-driven brands or nonprofit campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling or paid campaign setup

Work Setup

  • Based in Manila
  • In-office to start, transitioning to hybrid
  • Work hours aligned with Manila time zone
