Job Overview:

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our marketing team in managing campaigns, leads, and automation systems. This position focuses on executing digital marketing initiatives, managing CRM workflows, and ensuring campaigns run efficiently. The ideal candidate is process-driven, proactive, and experienced in digital tools that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage email/SMS campaigns through GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
  • Oversee social media scheduling, posting, and light content coordination.
  • Support paid ad campaigns by tracking results and sharing performance reports.
  • Research and qualify potential leads via online platforms and communities.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy, organize contact tags, and streamline lead pipelines.
  • Develop and monitor workflow automations for outreach and follow-ups.
  • Provide insights and reports on marketing performance and lead growth.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and campaign coordination.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience monitoring ad campaigns and managing social content.
  • Understanding of real estate or lead generation niches.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data.
  • Creative approach to outreach and marketing improvement.
