Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales operations by coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business transactions. This position involves handling purchase orders, monitoring store inventories, preparing sales reports, and maintaining strong communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication and analytical skills to help drive the company's sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Sales Admin regarding the processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales, marketing, client queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a proper filing system for sales documents, reports, and records.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit accurate and timely sales reports, including sales activities, appointments, business leads, and performance updates.
  • Conduct store visits as scheduled to monitor operations and sales performance.
  • Perform inventory checks and monitor stock levels in assigned stores.
  • Identify slow- and fast-moving items and provide analysis or recommendations for improvement.
  • Recommend effective sales strategies in coordination with the team and management.
  • Assist the General Manager and Sales Team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • With 1–2 years of experience in sales or a similar role within the same industry.
  • Knowledgeable in preparing, analyzing, and presenting sales reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. (English or tagalog)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proactive, aggressive, and motivated in achieving sales targets.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and dedicated to performing in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
