About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator who can take the lead in supporting our growing retail operations. This role requires someone who's not just comfortable behind a desk, but also confident in the field — ensuring that sales goals are met, teams are aligned, and operations run smoothly.

You'll act as the bridge between our management team and our retail branches, driving efficiency, accountability, and performance across the board.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities across multiple store locations
  • Support store teams in meeting sales targets and operational goals
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product distribution
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports for management review
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
  • Assist in training, coaching, and motivating front-line staff
  • Represent the company in field operations and store coordination meetings

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leader experience, preferably in retail or sales operations
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel to store locations as needed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks at once
  • A team player who takes initiative and leads by example
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report preparation
