This offshore role provides administrative and tactical support to the Marketing team, managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintaining organized processes to keep initiatives on track. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication across multiple time zones to support U.S.-based operations. The Marketing Coordinator will also leverage platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CCM to manage campaigns, reporting, and club-specific communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Project Coordination (30%):
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for recurring marketing campaigns. - Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution. - Maintain organized trackers for projects, creative assets, and workflows. - Support scheduling and logistics for recurring marketing tasks and communications. - Assist in preparing monthly marketing calendars, consolidating upcoming promotions, offers, and campaigns for leadership approval.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Support (30%):
- Manage email marketing lists, calendars, and asset uploads in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Refresh, segment, and upload targeted lists; request new assets from HQ as needed. - Update CCM with club-specific offers, closures, and announcements. - Maintain trackers for pre-sales, grand openings, and FMS events, capturing dates, outcomes, and ROI. - Organize and update sign catalogues, Yoobic assets, and version control for creative files.
  • Administrative & Operational Support (20%):
- Assist with invoice routing, processing, and basic financial reporting. - Maintain marketing documentation, SOPs, and checklists for easy team reference. - Update templates and trackers to ensure process consistency and version control. - Support preparation and distribution of weekly internal updates or team recaps. - Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and managing agendas for recurring marketing calls.
  • Reporting & Follow-Up (20%):
- Compile reporting data for campaigns, events, and recurring programs. - Distribute post-event and campaign summaries (photos, metrics, lessons learned). - Maintain basic logs or trackers to document updates, action items, and completions. - Identify gaps or delays in deliverables and flag them proactively for follow-up.Requirement:
  • 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, or entry-level marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CCM, and Canva preferred.
  • Proactive and reliable; able to manage recurring tasks independently while escalating issues when needed.
  • Fully remote, offshore role aligned to U.S. business hours, with occasional flexibility for priority tasks or meetings.
  • No travel required.
