About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Coordinator with strong full-stack marketing capabilities. This role requires someone who can move confidently across strategy, execution, content creation, branding, analytics, and digital performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who understands how to build and grow brands across multiple channels—particularly social media—and is comfortable using modern AI marketing tools to optimize output and speed.
Experience in omnichannel marketing, ecommerce, or live-selling environments is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative
- Support the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Assist in designing marketing assets, working with internal or external creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
Digital & Social Media
- Plan, create, schedule, and optimize content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Monitor engagement, trends, and platform changes to ensure content relevance and performance.
- Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, inquiries, and messages.
Performance & Analytics
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Conduct competitor, industry, and platform research to identify growth opportunities.
Omnichannel & Ecommerce Support (Preferred)
- Assist in coordinating campaigns across retail stores, ecommerce platforms, live-selling channels, and marketplaces.
- Support product launches and promotions across online and offline channels.
- Work with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of omnichannel initiatives.
AI & Automation
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, etc.) to generate content drafts, ad variations, research, and creative concepts.
- Recommend new AI-driven tools or workflows that can improve efficiency and output.
Administrative & Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Manage calendars, timelines, and project trackers for ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing events, photo shoots, and special campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and content trends.
- Experience with omnichannel, ecommerce, or live-selling is a strong plus.
- Strong branding foundation with the ability to apply brand guidelines in daily work.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered marketing and creative tools.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar) preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.
