Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR and Administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance.
  • Prior experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding medical professionals is an advantage; alternatively, experience in hiring management or higher-level non-medical positions is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resource and Administration

  • Provide support in the full recruitment and onboarding process of SHSC employees.
  • Coordinate with Accounting on benefits, back pay, and employee concerns.
  • Monitor attendance and prepare PANs and Employee Movement documents.
  • Submit monthly DOLE WAIR reports and recommend HR policy updates.
  • Handle petty cash and reimbursements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and contracts.
  • Facilitate onboarding logistics and provide administrative support across departments.
  • Address HR and administrative concerns to ensure smooth operations.

Medical Doctors Hiring

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified doctor candidates.
  • Facilitate clinic tours, prepare job offers, and negotiate professional fees.
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure DOH compliance and complete 201 files.
  • Monitor doctors' attendance, performance, and professionalism.

Operations Support

  • Supervise daily administrative operations and ensure policy compliance.
  • Handle office supply requests and assist with government requirements (e.g., permits, DOLE, DOH).
  • Implement company guidelines on utilities, parking, and uniforms.
  • Prepare management reports and support decision-making.
  • Report to the VP of HRAD and the President, performing other assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
