Key Responsibilities

Duties below apply to both internal operations and client support as required

HR Duties

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements).
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and payroll support.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs.

Admin Duties

  • Maintain filing systems, records, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
  • Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents as required.
  • Coordinate with finance for sending payment requests and assisting in expense documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to management and consultants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and/or admin experience (consulting/client-facing is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
