Key Responsibilities
Duties below apply to both internal operations and client support as required
HR Duties
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements).
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and payroll support.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
Admin Duties
- Maintain filing systems, records, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
- Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents as required.
- Coordinate with finance for sending payment requests and assisting in expense documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management and consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and/or admin experience (consulting/client-facing is a plus).
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
