About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin professional to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting our growing business and ensuring seamless HR and administrative operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies and needs
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
