Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin and Compliance Coordinator who will handle administrative tasks while supporting HR and operations in maintaining government compliance. This role involves managing office documents, assisting in permit renewals, and coordinating with relevant agencies.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Office Administration, Business, or related course
With at least 1 year experience in admin or compliance-related work
Knowledge in government permits and statutory requirements (e.g., DOLE, BIR, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process company permits and government filings
- Maintain and organize company documents and records
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams
- Assist in office admin tasks and facility coordination
- Support HR in compliance reporting
- Must be available to work in Taguig City.
