The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution. This role ensures the efficient movement and accurate handling of both food and non-food items for our stores and restaurants. The supervisor also leads the frontline team while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Lead, train, and provide feedback to warehouse and logistics staff.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to manage order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse space utilization and cleanliness.
  • Support delivery scheduling and routing for efficient distribution.
  • Communicate with vendors and drivers to track deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse operations, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
