We are looking for Project In-charge who is responsible for security, health and safety, and organizing and supervising materials and people. PIC marks the site, ensures designs are applied correctly, and liaises with main and sub-contractors and the project manager. Project In-charge act as day-to-day managers on a project site and are the primary source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on the project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the development and status of the project on-site.
  • Prepares complete report that will update Project Managers about status issues/concerns and recommended resolution developed with the site team on a daily or weekly basis
  • Ensures that the project is delivered most economically and profitably.
  • Implements project activities on-site based on scheduled desired quality.
  • Manages and controls on-site deliverables commitment of the Subcontractor.
  • Establish a meaningful relationship with relevant on-site stakeholders/authorities
  • Acting as the main point of call for technical advice.
  • Turn-over and Preparation of project close-out

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & BACKGROUND)

  • At least three (3) years of work experience in handling on-site- projects.
  • College graduate.
  • Background in building infrastructure in wired and wireless.
  • Know how to estimate building materials.
  • Know how to communicate and coordinate with clients
