  • Can handle and finish a project independently
  • Responsible and has a sense of urgency
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere, (NCR, North and South Area) Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite & Batangas
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects
  • He does all coordination in the project and well coordinate with COO, SVP, VP-Operations and President.
  • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
  • He directs all site staffs for proper instructions and monitoring;
  • Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force;
  • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plans and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
  • Preparing reports as required;
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
