Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
  • Ensure project implementation follows approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for project requirements.
  • Prepare progress reports, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Implement and monitor quality control and safety procedures.
  • Manage manpower allocation and ensure productivity and efficiency at site.
  • Review and approve materials, work methods, and technical submittals.
  • Attend project coordination meetings and provide status updates.
  • Resolve technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Preffered LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER).
  • At least 5 years of experience in vertical construction projects (e.g., buildings, condominiums, commercial structures).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • WILLING TO ASSIGNED AT ANY PROJECT LOCATION.
  • CAN START ASAP
