DUTIES & TASKS

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
  • Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and updates
  • Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates
  • Ensure proper requisition and use of materials and equipment
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience as Project In-Charge, Site Engineer, or equivalent role
  • COSH/SO2 certification required
  • Licensed or non-licensed Civil Engineers may apply
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in Metro Manila
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure project efficiency
