About the Role

We are seeking a Façade Project In-Charge who will oversee the day-to-day execution of curtain walling and façade projects. This role is exclusive to candidates who came from the façade and curtain wall industry and requires graduates of Engineering or Architecture only.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications, coordinating with clients and contractors, and driving the project team to deliver results on time and within quality standards.

Core Functions (Scope of Work)

1. Project Supervision – Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to design, technical requirements, and project schedules.
2. Technical Coordination – Work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Quality Assurance & Safety – Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct inspections to maintain the highest quality of work.
4. Resource & Workforce Management – Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials required for façade and curtain wall works.
5. Progress Monitoring & Reporting – Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
6. Client & Stakeholder Relations – Serve as a key contact for site concerns, ensuring clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
7. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Anticipate and address on-site challenges to avoid project delays.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Engineering (Civil/Structural/Mechanical) or Architecture (PRC license is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in façade and curtain wall projects (no other industries will be entertained).
• Proven track record of managing site teams and project execution in vertical construction.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, installation methodologies, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Based in Luzon / Metro Manila and available to start immediately.
