We are seeking a Project in Charge to oversee and manage project execution across various project sites. The ideal candidate is a graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least two (2) years of relevant experience. This role requires flexibility, as assignments will be rotational and may vary depending on project locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (a PRC license is an advantage)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in project management, construction, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and skills with Fire Protection System (FDAS, Fire Sprinkler, etc.) is an advantage
  • Willingness to be assigned to various project locations here in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao)
  • Preferably residing within or near North Caloocan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the execution of assigned projects to ensure quality and timely completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall performance to meet company objectives
