The
Affiliate Marketing Supervisor
plays a vital role in this mission by establishing and managing strong partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community groups to promote our OFW loan programs. This role combines digital marketing expertise, strategic partnership development, and performance-driven campaign execution.
1. Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, assess, and onboard high-potential affiliates such as OFW and seafarer influencers, vloggers/bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, and organizations.
- Conduct regular market research to uncover new partnership opportunities.
- Create and recommend incentive programs, commission structures, and exclusive offerings backed by complete supporting data.
- Lead onboarding sessions, training presentations, and orientation activities while ensuring affiliates receive marketing kits and tracking tools.
- Ensure all affiliate agreements and marketing materials comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Strategy & Campaign Development
- Implement performance-focused affiliate campaigns aimed at boosting lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop digital assets for affiliates—social media content, banners, email templates, and promotional materials.
- Contribute to the planning of seasonal promotions, engagement strategies, and affiliate-driven activities.
3. Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain strong and consistent communication with affiliates through regular meetings, follow-ups, and performance discussions.
- Monitor data and performance analytics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA) using tracking platforms and reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop improvement or reactivation plans for underperforming affiliates.
- Provide ongoing support, updates, and issue resolution to enhance affiliate experience and output.
4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Review campaign results and analyze trends to identify areas for optimization and cost efficiency.
- Keep well-organized records of affiliate activities, performance data, and campaign documentation.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the affiliate program.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitive affiliate programs, and new tools to keep the strategy innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or loan consultant handling (fintech/financial services background is an advantage).
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and develop strategic campaigns and partnership programs.
- Knowledgeable in digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and online marketing trends.
- Experience working with OFW communities, influencers, or community groups is a plus.
- Willing to travel for partner engagements and fieldwork.
