We are looking for a driven Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Business Development to join our team – someone passionate about creating high-impact content that drives conversions, rides the wave of TikTok trends and builds meaningful affiliate campaigns for our brand.

Job Description:

The Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Business Development will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end content creation tailored to beauty and personal care audiences, with a strong focus on affiliate performance and influencer partnerships.

This role requires creativity, communication skills, and the ability to strategically collaborate with influencers to drive brand visibility and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of affiliate marketing experience in the beauty or personal care industry, with proven success in TikTok campaigns
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, internet culture, and personal branding strategies
  • Maintains a database of 500+ vetted beauty affiliates with documented performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills, with conversational fluency in English for global coordination, contract drafting, and negotiation
  • Passionate and committed to the beauty and skincare industry
