The Treasury Supervisor of CW Home Depot will be assigned to monitor and audit the branch treasury activities, working closely with the head cashiers of CW Home Depot stores to ensure procedures are followed.

  • Conducts branch visits and spot audits on treasury funds, such as but not limited to cash change funds, petty cash funds, shortages, and overages.
  • Check the reports of the Head Cashiers, POS terminals, and checklists for cashiers and head cashiers.
  • Trains new cashiers
  • Oversees bank reconciliation, cashier observation reports, cash flow reports, and findings from spot audits.
  • Acts as a reliever in case the Head Cashier is on leave.
  • Performs other tasks related to the role from time to time.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, preferably related to Finance/Accounting
  • At least a year of experience in banking and treasury functions in supervisory function is required
  • Knowledgeable in accounting processes and bank remittance procedures
  • Knowledgeable in cashiering function
  • Experience in handling POS is an advantage
  • Willing to do branch duty when necessary
  • Keen to details
  • Willing to work on extended hours and holidays
