Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Trade Marketing Supervisor. The Trade Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies and plans, analyzing market trends and data, coordinating with sales teams to ensure effective implementation, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring competitor activities and providing insights to enhance market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Market Planning and Trade Marketing
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and data
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in Sales to collaborate and coordinate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in trade marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in market research methods and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
