About the role

The Marketing Supervisor leads the marketing strategy and execution for the company's tech products and accessories. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, requiring a strong understanding of the tech industry, consumer behavior, and competitive trends. The Marketing Supervisor works closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, Research, and Sales, to develop compelling product messaging, drive go-to-market initiatives, and ensure campaigns effectively engage target audiences and support business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Set and drive creative direction and brand consistency across digital, print, and social channels.
  2. Work with Research, Business Development, and Product teams to understand market needs and define product UVP.
  3. Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and demand-generation campaigns.
  4. Create and manage product content (case studies, social media, videos, demos, etc.).
  5. Build media and influencer relations to secure product and company coverage.
  6. Manage PR activities, including handling negative press when needed.
  7. Gather customer and market feedback to refine product positioning and improve future launches.
  8. Oversee creative development, marketing collaterals, and ensure alignment with product strategy.
  9. Monitor brand health and track campaign performance, providing regular reports to leadership.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing supervisory role, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail industry
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and content management systems
  6. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals
