We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Controller / Bookkeeper to join our growing global team.

This is a remote, work-from-home position, ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management who wants to grow in a dynamic international business environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth financial operations across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support management with financial data and reporting for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Stable internet connection and computer.
