We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Bookkeeper with expertise in Restaurant 365 to manage our client's financial transactions and accounting records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, processing payments, and generating financial reports that will assist in decision-making for the restaurant's operations. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while necessitating strong communication skills to liaise effectively with management and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Utilize Restaurant 365 software to track financial performance and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to inform management of performance metrics.
  • Oversee inventory management and cost tracking to support effective financial planning.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting to promote financial growth.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and tax purposes.
  • Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in Restaurant 365 software and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and management.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to the restaurant sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php39, Php42,000.00 per month
