The Mall Property Head is responsible for the overall commercial strategy of the mall, driving profitability and growth through leasing activities, tenant management, and commercial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing comprehensive commercial and leasing strategies.
  • Leasing & Tenancy Management: Leading all leasing negotiations and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
  • Financial Acumen: Directing the preparation of budgets, revenue forecasts, and regular financial reports.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyzing market dynamics and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Acting as the primary commercial liaison with key tenants and business partners.
  • Team Development: Leading and inspiring a high-performing commercial team.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring the mall operates efficiently and meets financial goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a sound business acumen, a result-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. It is a senior leadership position that demands a high level of expertise and dedication to the success of the mall and its tenants.
