The Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Whether it's via live chat, phone, email, or social media, your goal is to respond promptly and professionally while providing accurate support. You'll handle technical, troubleshooting, and trading-related issues across platforms like
MetaTrader 4 and 5
, maintain detailed records of interactions, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes. Taking ownership, going the extra mile, and maintaining a positive attitude will set you apart. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, ensures our clients receive the support they need.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience in
financial services (FX/CFDs)
is highly desirable - Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Availability to work onsite and in various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Full working rights
