About the role

Join our dynamic team We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Service Associate to play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our valued members. As a Member Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the satisfaction of our healthcare plan participants. This full-time position is based in our Pasig City office, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the company's mission of delivering quality healthcare services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other communications from members in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assist members with understanding their healthcare plan benefits, coverage, and claims processing
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Provide clear and accurate information to members regarding plan policies, procedures, and available resources
  5. Document all member interactions and maintain detailed records in the company's customer relationship management system
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless member experiences
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of member service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. With bachelor's degree
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address member inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software
  5. Familiarity with healthcare plans, coverage, and claims processing a plus
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the organization
