Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, and returns.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product releases, promotions, and company policie

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
