Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, and returns.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on new product releases, promotions, and company policie
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
