Assistant HR Job DescriptionOverview:
Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks for a growing production-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes
- Help coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
- Address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to company standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (manufacturing/FMCG background is a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Work Setup:
- Location: Pasig City (onsite/office-based preferred due to production environment)
- Schedule: Full-time, regular working hours

- Resume screening (focus on HR/admin experience and industry fit)
- Initial phone interview (screen for communication skills and motivation)
- In-person/virtual interview with HR manager or business owner
- Practical assessment (e.g., draft a simple onboarding checklist or respond to a mock employee query)
