HR Assistant

- Recruitment & Selection
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, contacting qualified applicants for screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
- Onboarding & Records Management
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation. Ensure accurate and timely updating, filing, and safekeeping of 201 files and employee documentation.
- Timekeeping & Payroll Support
Oversee daily timekeeping systems and prepare payroll accurately. Process and remit government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.) in compliance with legal requirements.
- Employee Relations & Support
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR-related matters with confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
- Documentation & Compliance
Ensure memorandums, notices, and official communications are prepared, reviewed, and routed accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Service Coordination
Coordinate with outsourced service providers such as security and janitorial agencies to ensure proper staffing and performance.
- Performance Monitoring
Conduct daily attendance and performance monitoring of employees. Support supervisors and management in evaluating workforce productivity and behavior.
- HR Records & Planning
Organize and manage HR planning documents, workforce records, and compliance reports to support internal HR operations and audits.
Team Collaboration & IndependenceWork independently and collaboratively as part of the HR and management team. Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by management in line with business needs and personal development goals.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
