Position Summary:
Responsible for driving nationwide growth by expanding market presence, building partnerships, and promoting prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation services. The role requires a clinical background (Physical/Rehabilitation Therapist or similar) combined with strong business development and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships nationwide.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and institutional partners.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and promote the company's products and services.
- Drive brand awareness and achieve revenue/KPI targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations for smooth execution.
Clinical & Stakeholder Engagement
- Use clinical expertise to highlight patient benefits and support partner education.
- Work with healthcare professionals (orthotists, prosthetists, rehab experts, physicians).
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
Institutional & NGO Partnerships
- Build relationships with government agencies and NGOs (e.g., PhilHealth, PCSO).
- Explore public bidding and institutional collaboration opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Track performance, forecast sales, and report business results.
- Maintain CRM data and evaluate ROI of initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical/Rehabilitation Therapist or allied health professional.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience with exposure to sales/business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge in prosthetics, orthotics, and rehabilitation.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
Preferred:
Experience with PhilHealth Z-Morph, public bidding, and hospital procurement.
