JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager – Enterprise / Key Accounts is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, market analysis, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both business development and the data center industry, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding business reach.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of new ventures or partnerships (B2C)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, contracts, and partnerships to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's reach.
- Perform other management-mandated functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the data center or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategies, key account management, and market penetration techniques. (B2C)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience in managing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and industry best practices is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
- Willing to be assign in Rosario, Pasig City
- Willing to work from Mondays to Friday ( Saturday if necessary)
