Indra,

Senior Business Development Manager
to drive strategic growth in the
Transport and Traffic
sector across both public and private markets.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for delivering innovative solutions in mobility, infrastructure, and digital transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead business development efforts in the transportation and traffic domain, targeting both government and private sector clients.
  • Promote and sell IT consulting services, digital platforms, and systems integration solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development and contract closure.
  • Prepare and support bid and proposal documents, including technical submissions for competitive projects
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business development and project execution.
  • Represent Indra in strategic meetings, industry events, and client presentations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in IT consulting or technology services.
  • Proven success in selling to transportation, infrastructure, or government clients.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, digital transformation, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Ability to balance strategic sales (55%) with backend proposal and bid support (45%).
