Marketing Strategist (Remote | Full-Time | Up to $8/hr)

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and action-oriented Marketing Strategist to take the lead on building visibility, driving community engagement, and boosting attendance at public events. If you're both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who loves social media, content creation, and campaign design—this role is for you

Rate: Up to $8/hr

Location: 100% Remote | US Time Zone

Schedule: Full-Time


About the Role

As our Marketing Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. From crafting campaigns that attract audiences to ensuring brand consistency, you'll play a pivotal role in growing community visibility and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and set direction.

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts to grow brand visibility.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize strategies for better reach.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Design and run targeted campaigns to drive attendance and sales.
  • Manage email marketing (newsletters, promotions, announcements).
  • Coordinate campaigns around public events to maximize turnout.

Community Engagement

  • Build strong community presence and increase public event participation.
  • Partner with local stakeholders to expand audience reach.

Brand Visibility & Reporting

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Creative with a track record of producing engaging content.
  • Skilled in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Event promotion/community marketing experience is a strong plus.
