  • Creating and implementing effective sourcing strategies to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for each role.
  • Conducting initial phone screens or interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing timely and clear communication to candidates regarding the status of their application.
  • Tracking and managing candidate information in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other database.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to create accurate and engaging job descriptions.
  • Posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that it's efficient and effective.
  • Providing support to the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
