Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist – Technician Hiring (Reliever, 3 Months)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist who will focus on sourcing and hiring skilled technicians (engine, hydraulic, electronics, mechanics, etc.) to meet our manpower requirements. This is a reliever position for 3 months to temporarily support the HR team in handling high-volume technical recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technician roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies specific to technical positions (e.g., mechanics, technicians, engineers).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create role-specific recruitment plans.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers for technical positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in processing pre-employment requirements.
  • Support onboarding of new technician hires and ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • Ensure timely communication with applicants and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform other HR recruitment-related tasks during the reliever period.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or skilled-worker hiring.
  • Knowledge of sourcing methods and familiarity with job portals, social media, and local recruitment networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to start ASAP and work at South Caloocan City Head Office.
  • Open to a reliever/temporary contract (3 months).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,127.00 per month
