About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team at our Bridgetowne, Pasig site. In this full-time position, you will be the frontline of our customer service operations, providing outstanding support and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. Based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, this role is critical in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating client information in our systems
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer concerns effectively
  3. Familiarity with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  5. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
