Position Title: ASSET OFFICER FOR EQUIPMENT
Job Type: Full Time & Permanent
Normal Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (Weekends, upon the exigency of the projects)
Basic Salary: Php30,000.00 to Php35,000.00

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering;
At least three (3) years solid experience in equipment inventory, repair, preventive maintenance (PMS), logistics, proper storage, etc., gained from construction industry, hauling and trucking services;
With existing network of competent service providers on equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, transfer and logistics, and related services;
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Suites, etc.
With astute moral values and work ethics;
Excellent job planning and organizing skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Above-average problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Good leadership skills
Primary Functional Duties:
(1) Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of the company equipment (owned, leased, and rented), thereby ensuring their optimal utilization, cost-effective maintenance, and tip-top condition at all times;
(2) Maintain a comprehensive inventory and database of all equipment including such details as their actual location, condition, maintenance history, status of repairs, etc.;
(3) Ensure accurate tagging, labeling and tracking of all equipment;
(4) Evaluate the needs and recommend equipment purchases to support the operational requirements or exigencies;
(5) Recommend and handle the decommissioning, sale, or disposal of obsolete or non-functional equipment;
(6) Develop maintenance schedules, and ensure regular servicing (PMS) to prolong the lifespan of all equipment;
(7) Plan and coordinate the scheduled repairs, and closely monitor the associated costs;
(8) Forecast and manage budgets for equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, replacement of parts, etc.;
(9) Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for cost-savings;
(10) Analyze the performance and utilization rates of all equipment to optimize their operations;
(11) Generate monitoring reports on the actual health / condition, lifecycle status, and financial implications on properly maintaining the equipment;
(12) Identify potential risks related to equipment breakdown / failure, downtime, etc.
(13) Implement contingency plans and mitigation measures, as deemed necessary;
(14) Provide supervision, training, coaching and guidance to subordinates on the policies and procedures related to equipment handling, care and preventive maintenance.
