QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A graduate of any Business Management or Engineering course.
  2. Have taken a Warehouse Management methodology training.
  3. With at least 3 years of Warehouse and Logistics Experience in a construction company.
  4. Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  5. Possesses good organizational and time management skills.
  6. Possesses the ability to lift heavy objects.
  7. Must be willing to work in Antipolo City.
  8. Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  9. One (1) Full-Time position is available.

JOB SUMMARY:

Overall responsible for managing the receiving and storage of materials, equipment, or tools while maintaining the accuracy of inventory at all times. In charge of the safety and security of the warehouse work area and offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for prioritizing work orders and organizing tasks based on project deadlines.
  2. Plan a timetable for the movement of materials, workforce to ensure on-time supply of needed materials, equipment, or services in the organization to meet the objective to become the EPC of choice and globally competitive.
  3. Executes pick list according to request from stakeholders onsite and HO.
  4. Organize materials, tools, and equipment properly labelled and accurate inventory count.
  5. Perform audit and cycle counts between the warehousemen and the inventory analyst.
  6. Monitor to be put away from receiving at the warehouse location.
  7. Assist warehousemen with daily tasks to ensure completeness of daily transactions.
  8. Maintain the integrity of the actual inventory on hand and the Inventory stock monitoring report.
  9. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the office and warehouse.
  10. Responsible for preparing shipping documentation and providing support in merging materials into single shipments, including crating and packing when necessary.
  11. Manage the repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of tools and equipment used in the warehouse.
