Job description
Company based in Antipolo is looking for a new candidate for an Office assistant to help out to daily day to day activities, answering phone calls, assisting clients and updating invoices. may include visiting clients site and doing payables and other clerical duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
Calls and Order products from suppliers, provide information, follow up on order
Create and maintain records in both paper and electronic formats.
Answer Email. create invoicing and document nessesary documentation.
Prepare and coordinate backend company records for filling.
Can be called upon to visit different sites and assignments to various locations if needed
Research, Record Keeping, Stock inventory
Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners and fax machines and ensure that they are maintained efficiently
Greeted customers and visitors and provided them with information and advice depending on their specific requirements
Operated office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, copiers and printers to fulfil executives' requests- Have to be smart and punctual
Know How to use Microsoft office suite and Email knows how to internet research
Disciplined has to have common sense and good judgement and pleasing personality

High School Diploma
* Antipolo City residents only.
MUST 7.00AM - 4.00PM SCHEDULE (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
