Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Department. Manages timely and proper distribution of correspondence;

b. Encode data to the department's official data base/report as per Management's instruction;

c. Receives all request and coordinates them accordingly;

d. Collects all minutes of meeting if applicable;

e. Maintains an updated registry of all company records and documents (Asset Dept) in their assigned department;

f. Coordinate with concerned personnel for proper management of asset company records and documents as instructed by the Immediate Superior following the company SOP and official office forms / documents;

g. Maintains and manages department supplies/forms inventory;

h. Monitoring movement and usage of company asset and driver;

i. Monitor and update repairs and maintenance of assets;

f. Assists in finding 3rd party for repairs and maintenance if needed;

g. Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored;

h. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be instructed by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
