Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Inventory Management, coordination and Tracking of all assets and equipment at project site - ensuring accurate records of usage, returns, and any transfers between sites to prevent losses or downtime.

B. Coordination of Deliveries and Pickups - arrange and oversee the timely transportation, delivery, and retrieval of asset/equipment to and from client project sites, including coordinating with the team, the site readiness, and any on-site setup or inspections to meet project timelines.

C. Maintenance and Compliance Oversight - coordinate the schedule and routine maintenance, repairs, or inspections for assigned assets to ensure they remain operational and safe, while also enforcing compliance with rental agreements, safety regulations, and client-specific requirements to minimize risks and extend equipment lifespan.

D. Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored;

E. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be instructed by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
