Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Davao for a Project Coordinator Assistant. The Project Coordinator Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Daily tasks include organizing project activities, preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication between team members and stakeholders. The role also involves tracking project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing support to the project management team.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Familiarity with remote and on-site IT support
  • Basic knowledge of Unified Communications and Call Center solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus
