We're looking for an Information Services Project Manager who can drive IT initiatives, streamline processes, and deliver business-critical solutions using Agile best practices.

What You'll Do

As our Information Services Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead, facilitate, and govern a wide range of information technology projects
  • Use Agile frameworks to define timelines, milestones, user stories, and minimum viable solutions
  • Ensure smooth, consistent communication across all stakeholders with clear reporting and project cadence
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including status updates and dashboards
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project testing
  • Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans
  • Work closely with business units to ensure successful technology integration and change delivery
What We're Looking For

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing IT projects in an organization with 100+ employees
  • Hands-on experience in systems integration, technology implementation, and change management
  • Strong background using Agile methodologies to scope, deliver, and manage projects
  • A genuine customer service mindset and ability to support diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in a distribution, service, or manufacturing environment (highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
