We're on the lookout for a sharp, organised and creatively charged Creatives Coordinator to lead our Graphic Design team. This role anchors the workflow between Product Marketing, Quality and Design, making sure every output is brief, on brand and looking schmick before it hits the world.

The Creatives Coordinator manages day-to-day operations of the design team, handles final sign-off of all assets and keeps everyone aligned with the design brief created by the Product Marketing Associate. When things get busy, you'll also jump in to produce designs, set the standard and keep the team moving.

A mix of leadership, quality control and hands-on creativity, this role suits someone who loves structure, has an eagle eye for detail and isn't afraid to say "this needs a tweak" when it matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily workflow of Graphic Designers, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked and delivered on schedule
  • Perform final sign-off on all design outputs, strictly cross-referencing each piece against the design brief from the Product Marketing Associate
  • Review and validate design briefs for clarity, accuracy and creative direction
  • Uphold visual, creative and branding standards across all design outputs
  • Develop, enhance and maintain design guidelines in collaboration with the Quality team and Marketing Coordinator
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching to designers to support quality, growth and capability-building
  • Produce design work when required, both for project support and to demonstrate best-practice execution
  • Monitor workload distribution and identify process improvements to keep the creative pipeline efficient and effective

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a coordination, lead or senior creative role managing design outputs
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent layout, brand alignment and creative range
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for spotting inconsistencies before anyone else does
  • Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide, coach and challenge constructively
  • Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organisational skills with a love for structure, accuracy and keeping chaos in check

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably 2-4 Years experienced in Graphic Design.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Good health, eyesight and hearing are required.
  • This position will require some work to be rendered on extended hours and in some cases, on graveyard shift for completion of a project or to meet with clients and project stakeholders;

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • The duties and responsibilities of the position are essentially performed in a normal ONSITE office environment.
  • This position does not require the employee to perform duties that will necessitate climbing/crawling or handling of light construction equipment.

OUR OFFICE LOCATION

  • We are situated at the corner of Rizal Street and Bangoy in Davao City. Our workplace is conveniently accessible by public transportation and is close to fast food outlets, restaurants, hospitals, and shopping centers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php27,000.00 per month
