Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Review project planning inputs, including contractual terms and conditions on scope, schedule, PO issuance, invoicing, and acceptance.
  • Translate contract requirements into clear and measurable customer deliverables.
  • Align operational plans with supply and delivery schedules.
  • Identify project milestones, tollgates, and interdependencies in collaboration with the Customer Project Manager (CPM).
  • Define reporting requirements and establish operational cadence and critical paths for work packages.
  • Set delivery timelines based on project scope and durations.
  • Escalate missing or poor-quality inputs that impact planning work.
  • Ensure accurate setup of project data in planning tools and Site Tracker.

Customer Deliverables Management

  • Maintain and update the Customer Deliverable Master List.
  • Create, plan, and release work plans in line with project objectives.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of data across project systems.
  • Provide support for updates in planning tools when needed.
  • Maintain the Top-Down Plan and secure timely schedule adjustments.
  • Track customer delivery documents and report any deviations.
  • Identify and address reporting requirements related to deliverables.

Project Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze project progress, including financial and delivery performance.
  • Use data insights to identify areas for improvement in cost, schedule, and efficiency.
  • Support adherence to responsible business practices and E+OHS compliance.
  • Identify potential risks and provide mitigation support to CPM and delivery teams.

Planning Tools Administration

  • Configure and validate project setups in planning tools based on project requirements.
  • Support standardization of project setups across regions or countries.
  • Identify and recommend improvements and new functionalities for planning tools.
  • Mentor delivery teams on correct usage and updating of planning tools.
  • Support data escalations and resolution of tool-related issues from NPD, CPM, and delivery teams.

Global Chronos Data Administration

  • Load and maintain project data in Global Chronos as requested by the CPM.
  • Provide both standard and advanced project status reports.
  • Support the CPM with ongoing and pending tasks to maintain data quality.
  • Evaluate project data quality and perform data validation within Global Chronos.
  • Prepare and deliver project execution and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Advise CPM on actions needed to ensure process adherence and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination.
  • Experience in telecom, construction, or engineering projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Site Tracker, Global Chronos, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month
