Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for proactively monitoring systems and resolving alerts to ensure uninterrupted operations, while providing exceptional support and clear communication to users at every stage. In addition, you will stay updated on the latest IT tools and best practices, contributing your knowledge to help strengthen and upskill the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Service Desk experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD) administration
- Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated success in providing international voice support
- Handled International account
- Ability to adapt to flexible, night shift schedules at our Quezon City office
