Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience - combination of Service Desk in a BPO setup
- No to Hopper
- Experience must came from BPO international voice experience
- Good to excellent comm skills (don't endorse local IT/ or without voice experience)
- At least HS grad (Old Curriculum) / SHS GRAD / 2 yrs Assoc Grad / College Grad (As long as they can provide diploma)
